1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mr ace. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mr ace ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mrace.win platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mr ace platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have never had a MR ACE account previously closed or suspended due to a terms violation.

MR ACE reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3 User Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the mr ace platform. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through a family member or shared device, is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended without notice.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensure your password is kept secure and not shared with anyone.
• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.
• Notify mr ace immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit:

• Posting any content that is seditious, obscene, or offensive to racial and religious sensitivities on the mr ace community platform.

By registering, you agree that MR ACE may:

10 Account Termination

MR ACE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.

You may also request account closure by contacting our customer support team. Please note the following regarding account closure:

• Any unused balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete, provided no terms violations have occurred.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited and will not be returned.
